ABOUT
Redeemed and Rebuilt
“I survived what should’ve destroyed me — now I’m rebuilding with you.”
I Didn’t Start This Podcast Because I’m Rebuilt. I Started It Because I’m Still in the Middle of the War.
People look at my story and think it ended in victory:
“I lost 250 pounds.”
“I beat throat cancer twice.”
“Look how far he’s come.”
But here’s the truth nobody sees:
My body changed…
but my mind didn’t magically heal.
My spirit didn’t just snap into place.
The war inside me didn’t stop — in a lot of ways, it got louder.
Everyone talks about physical transformation like it’s the finish line.
But nobody tells you what happens the day after the weight is gone…
when you’re left standing there, looking in the mirror,
and the man staring back still feels broken, scared, unsure, and unfinished.
Nobody talks about the grief of losing your old self —
even the parts that were destroying you —
because they were familiar, predictable, known.
Nobody talks about what it feels like when your body moves into a new life
but your identity is still chained to the old one.
Nobody talks about trying to live a Christ-led life
when you’ve spent years surviving by relying on your own strength, pride, and pain.
I am not a man who “made it.”
I’m a man who survived what should’ve destroyed him
and woke up every day afterward fighting a mental and spiritual battle
that nobody could see.
I still battle the voice that says I’m not enough.
I still fight fear, shame, and insecurity.
I still struggle with self-worth.
I still catch myself reaching for old habits when life gets loud.
I still wrestle with surrender — real surrender —
the kind Christ asks for, the kind that requires letting go of who I was
to step into who I’m supposed to be.
I’m not fully rebuilt.
Not even close.
I’m in the middle of reconstruction —
mind, body, and spirit —
one day, one setback, one small victory at a time.
That’s why Redeemed & Rebuilt exists.
Not as a success story.
Not as a polished brand.
Not as a guru on a mountaintop.
But as a man in the trenches saying:
“I’m fighting too.
And if you’re fighting, you don’t have to do it alone.”
This podcast is for men who wake up every day battling thoughts no one knows about.
Men who are trying to follow Christ while dragging the weight of their old life behind them.
Men who want to rebuild but feel like they don’t know where to start.
Men who’ve changed on the outside but feel broken on the inside.
Men who look strong but feel lost.
Men who are tired of pretending.
I haven’t arrived.
I haven’t mastered this.
I’m not preaching from a place of victory —
I’m speaking from the middle of the mess.
I’m learning how to surrender.
How to heal.
How to listen to God.
How to build discipline that lasts longer than motivation.
How to let Christ lead when my old self keeps trying to take the wheel.
And every episode is an honest piece of that journey.
No filters.
No fake inspiration.
No “I figured it out” lies.
Just a man rebuilding — publicly, imperfectly, and with Christ as the anchor.
Welcome to Redeemed & Rebuilt.
Not a brand about being fixed…
but a space for men who are still fighting, still healing, still rising, still becoming.
This is your rebuild.
This is my rebuild.
We walk it together.
The Journey Continues
The man is being rebuilt
Redemption is Just Getting started
The future of Redeemed & Rebuilt isn’t about perfection —
it’s about progress, honesty, and Christ-led transformation.
This movement is built for men who are still rebuilding —
mentally, spiritually, and emotionally —
the same place I’m in right now.
Here’s where we’re going:
- Real conversations about the battles men fight in silence
- Raw stories from the middle of the journey, not the end
- A brotherhood for men who refuse to quit
- Tools and practices to rebuild your mind, body, and spirit
- Community gear & merch that represents the journey and the mission
- A Christ-led vision guiding every step toward redemption
This is only the beginning.
We’re not finished — we’re forming.
And if you’re rebuilding too,
you’re exactly where you need to be.
